Processing Time
We process all orders within 2 business days (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be sent directly to the customer as soon as the parcel has been delivered to the carrier.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, the items cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about canceling an order, please contact us at info@shortcourtsports.com
Damaged Orders
Damaged Orders Short Court is not responsible for lost or damaged orders once the order has been given to the carrier. If your items become lost or damaged, please contact the carrier you chose to ship the product with for assistance. If the product arrives damaged, let us know and we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier chosen.
